On June 16 an expert round table on "Local social conflicts" was held on the site of the Committee of Civil Initiatives. The discussion was initiated by the Organizing Committee of the All-Russia civil forum and the Social Design Center "Platforma". The round table was carried out by Alexei Firsov, Chairman of the Expert Board of the Platform.

The expert community of the All-Russia civil forum believes that our government does not have a well-planned improvement program for our country, but the necessary development measures should be taken in the next few years.This is evidenced by the results of a sociological survey conducted by Levada-Center in October 2017. The survey was presented by Levada-Center expert Denis Volkov at the opening of the V All-Russia civil forum.
On November 19, 2016, within the framework of the All-Russia civil forum, a discussion "Civil Society in Russia +/- 15" was held. The organizer was the International Laboratory "Center for Studies of Economics of Civil Society Institutions" the Faculty of Economics, Lomonosov Moscow State University along with the All-Russia civil forum.
On June 26 a round table "Youth and Civil Society" was held at the site of the Committee of Civil Initiatives. It was organized by the Organizational Committee of the All-Russia civil forum. In the first part of the round table a number of experts presented small reports based on recent research and their own professional experience, after that there was a discussion between all participants of the event.
Thank you very much for introducing. But I will probably disappoint the audience because I will act as a devil's advocate, not at all supporting the bright future that we are trying to find out in this section. Actually the topic I would like to discuss is people. The previous speeches were great, it's about technologies, but very often we forget that all these technologies will then be used by ordinary people who live in our society.
Good evening, thank you very much. We live in a very interesting time - a time when the world economy becomes municipal, not only because most of the population lives in cities now but also because we see a huge demonstration of capacities, power, economic and social strength of the cities.
